Prayer means to me owning my story, not hiding it. To me means being free. Free to love, free to speak, free to exist. It's a fundamental the way that I can express myself so that I can be truthful to my principles. To me, it means a sense of belonging not only to a welcoming community, but to myself. So that means I get to be fully, joyfully myself, even when the world told me to stay silent. To me, it's about being my authentic self and apologetically. Bright means visibility, right? And people united to feel safe without consequences.
